Watch your tide: an estimated, half-life-based curve of how much medication is likely in your system as it rises and ebbs between doses.
Track where you injected last and get a suggestion for the next site so you can rotate easily.
Note nausea, fatigue, appetite changes, and more, so you can spot patterns and share them with your clinician.

Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro®, Zepbound®, and compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide.
On a weekly GLP-1, your medication level rises after each dose and slowly ebbs before the next, like a tide. Tideflock charts that tide for you, next to your weight, protein, water, and how you’re feeling, so you can see your whole journey at a glance.
And you’re not flying solo. Tideflock is made for a growing flock of people on the same kind of journey, each at their own pace. The app itself stays private and personal: no profiles, no feeds, and nothing shared unless you choose to export it.

Say helloMedication is expensive enough. Tideflock will never charge for features, lock tools behind a subscription, or show you ads.
If Tideflock helps you, you can leave a small tip from inside the app. Tips are handled by Apple through In-App Purchase. They unlock nothing. They just help keep an independent app going. Not tipping changes nothing about your experience.
Tideflock keeps your logs on your iPhone and, if you use it, in your own private iCloud. We can’t see your health data, and we don’t want to.
Yes. Every feature is free, with no subscriptions, ads, trials, or paywalls. There’s an optional “buy me a coffee” tip jar handled by Apple In-App Purchase. Tips don’t unlock anything.
Your data is stored on your device and, if you have iCloud turned on, synced through your own private iCloud account. There’s no Tideflock account, and we have no servers that hold your health data, so we can’t see it. The app contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. See the privacy policy for details.
No. Tideflock is a tracking tool, not a medical device. Medication-level charts are estimates based on published half-lives and are for your information only. Never change your dose based on the app. Always follow your prescriber’s instructions.
Yes. You can log compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide in mg, units, or mL. Enter your vial’s concentration exactly as it appears on your pharmacy label, and Tideflock shows the equivalent amounts. Always double-check the volume to draw with your pharmacist or prescriber.
Tideflock can log Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro®, Zepbound®, and compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide. Tideflock is not affiliated with Novo Nordisk or Eli Lilly.
Not yet. Today Tideflock is a private, personal tracker: there are no profiles, feeds, or messaging, and nothing you log is shared unless you choose to export it. “The flock” is the growing group of people who use Tideflock on their own journeys. We’d love to hear from you at support@tideflock.app.
